Achievements

The things that stood. Here I record the milestones worth remembering, from the most recent to the oldest.

1. 2026

   Payroll paid by API, without typing a single transfer

   The bar's first payroll settled entirely through banking integration: the system assembles the batch, sends it and checks the response. What used to be a night of manual transfers became a single click that can be audited.

2. 2026

   First electronic invoice issued by a system of my own

   An electronic consumer invoice authorized by the state tax authority straight from FastBar, with no middleman. From the tax rule to the XML file the accountant receives, all in house.

   FastBar running a real business, end to end

   A system I conceived and wrote taking care of an entire working day: order, kitchen, cash, inventory, staff, tax and finance. It is in production: if it goes down, the bar stops.

   I co-founded and help run a cultural venue that sustains food, music and street life in downtown João Pessoa.

   Folk Chic with its online store live

   I co-founded a womenswear brand and took care of the structure that sustains it beyond social media: a working e-commerce, a defined brand, a digital presence of its own.

   The systems of the whole group unified into one

   Each company in the group ran a different Cobol system. I migrated them all to a single system on a single Sun server running Solaris — and then spent years evolving that system, until the arrival of the electronic invoice called for an ERP in its place.

   The IT of Grupo VP Distribuidora under my management

   Several branches, dozens of users, a business-critical ERP and database — my responsibility for twenty years, without interruption, and with the decision to bring in house what used to depend on third parties.
